Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development and University Service
- Lead the development and enhancement of course content and curriculum ensuring alignment with industry standards and academic excellence.
- Design and implement new courses in course development and continually update existing courses based on evolving field trends and student feedback (4-5 courses per fiscal year).
- Support in the assessment and evaluation of course effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
- Address and resolve curriculum-related issues submitted as tickets through Canvas.
- Collaborate with full-time and visiting professors in the Teaching & Learning department for courses within the healthcare administration domain.
- Teaching and Academic Support
- Demonstrate excellence in the delivery of courses within Canvas (30 - 36 credit hours per fiscal year).
- Advising and mentoring students to support their academic and professional growth.
- Contribute to university service through active participation in curriculum committees and other college initiatives
- Support and advise visiting professors on curriculum-related matters.

- Engage in professional development activities, including staying current in the field and participating in relevant scholarly activities.
- Contribute to college and curriculum-related activities and initiatives focused on faculty professional development.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to effectively manage both curriculum development and teaching responsibilities. Below are the minimum requirements of the education, experience, knowledge, and skills required to competently perform in this position. Required Qualifications:
- Doctorate Degree in field being taught or Doctorate Degree in related field with at least 18 graduate hours in field being taught.
- Revenue Cycle Management, Managed Care, and Healthcare Administration experience
- Three to five years of healthcare industry experience appropriate to the course subject matter.
- At least two years of proven record of accomplishment in curriculum development, including designing and updating course content.
- At least two years of demonstrated excellence in teaching and a strong record of research or publication.
- Experience teaching web-based courses, building/managing academic programs, participation in university committees, participation in local/national professional organizations, past successful professional experiences with team members from diverse backgrounds.
- Degrees from a regionally accredited institution or equivalent.
- Qualifying credentials must be awarded by an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Administration, or by an international institution determined to hold equivalent accreditation
Preferred Qualifications:
