PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

Opportunity

The Manager, Product Marketing supports credential products through strategic and integrated marketing initiatives aimed at boosting student enrollments in certificate/credential programs. The role involves developing full funnel, omnichannel campaigns in collaboration with product, marketing, and external partners, with a focus on meeting University and product objectives.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Gain expertise in the education credentials market and develop sub-brand positioning and messaging.
  • Strategize, build and develop the credentials sub-brand, positioning, message and audience direction, ensuring consistency across paid, owned, and earned channels, as well as internal channels.
  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., website, social media, email) to drive leads and enrollments.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Track and measure ROI for creative / messaging execution of campaigns, reporting on campaign performance and student enrollment results.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent branding and compliance.
  • Support program-specific initiatives and contribute to ongoing improvements through a test-and-learn approach.
  • Develop email campaigns with the CRM team to target specific audiences with messaging and content relevant to their opportunity with new credentials.
  • Have a test and learn mindset to bring forward new ideas and improvements in deliver powerful campaigns
  • Manage multiple initiatives with varying timelines to ensure they are completed on time and with efficiency.
  • Assure all external communications and materials meet brand guidelines and are compliant, by working with our Legal and Compliance teams.
  • Decipher research to understand and convey competitive differentiation.
  • Partner with the web team to author pages and update websites to deliver on our web strategy for the product.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience; education sector experience a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in ROI measurement and marketing techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and web applications
  • Spanish fluency and international market familiarity are beneficial.
  • Self-starter that is comfortable supporting working with new initiatives and is interested in further developing their marketing skills.
  • Professional presentation skills and leadership abilities to implement planned campaign rollouts.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and in a new product capacity.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; willingness to travel up to 10%.
