Opportunity:
The Manager, Program Marketing plays an integral role in driving marketing execution across DeVry’s academic verticals: Business, Keller Graduate School of Management, Technology, and Healthcare.
Reporting to the Director, Brand & Program Marketing, and leading the Specialist, Program Marketing, this role combines hands-on campaign execution with tactical planning to support brand awareness, program growth, and student engagement.
This is a collaborative role suited for someone with strong project coordination skills, a passion for higher education, and a proven ability to deliver multi-channel marketing results in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex workstreams.
Responsibilities:
Program Marketing Execution
- Lead execution of marketing strategies that support priority academic programs and drive awareness, inquiry, and enrollment.
- Manage implementation of program marketing activities aligned to an annual calendar.
- Collaborate with Academics, Product, and Creative teams to identify differentiators and translate them into clear, compelling messaging.
- Coordinate integrated campaigns (paid media, email, social, events) aligned with brand strategy.
- Oversee development of program-specific marketing assets with internal teams and agencies.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using key marketing metrics.
New Program Launch Support
- Execute multi-channel campaigns supporting new program launches.
- Develop messaging and creative in collaboration with stakeholders to highlight career outcomes and industry relevance.
- Coordinate timelines and asset delivery across teams and external vendors.
- Track performance and refine launch strategies based on results.
Brand Integration
- Support application of DeVry’s brand identity across program materials and campaigns.
- Ensure use of consistent messaging, tone, and visuals in collaboration with the Creative and Brand teams.
- Help disseminate tools such as style guides and templates.
Campaign Management
- Manage execution of integrated campaigns supporting academic programs.
- Partner with media, creative, and academic teams to align messaging and objectives.
- Leverage data to optimize performance, targeting, and messaging.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as liaison between marketing, academics, creative, paid media, and regulatory teams.
- Partner with agencies to ensure asset quality and alignment with DeVry standards.
- Help maintain consistency across touchpoints in the student journey.
Market Insights & Strategy Refinement
- Use competitive, consumer, and market insights to refine campaign messaging.
- Share findings and performance data with stakeholders to inform continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- 5+ years in marketing, with a focus on multi-channel campaign execution.
- Experience developing and executing program marketing plans.
- Familiarity with higher education and academic marketing preferred.
- Proficient in evaluating marketing performance metrics and adapting tactics.
- Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Effective communicator with experience working across teams.
- Skilled in using marketing tools/platforms for campaign management.
- Analytical thinker able to draw insights from data to guide optimization.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
