Opportunity

In this role, the Manager of Workforce Solutions will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our reach through strategic partnerships with medium to large training providers, employee benefit providers/brokers, and public sector entities. This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales and partnership development, within both the private and public sector.


Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate, and manage high-impact partnerships with training providers, employee benefit providers or brokers, and public sector organizations to promote our training programs and packages. Leverage existing relationships and networks to accelerate partnership opportunities.
Advanced Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive sales strategies aimed at driving substantial revenue growth and achieving aggressive sales targets. Tailor strategies to effectively address the unique needs and challenges of both private and public sector partners.
Executive Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain robust relationships with senior-level stakeholders at partner organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related activities. Provide exceptional service and support to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Complex Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead complex negotiations and manage contracts with partners, ensuring favorable and equitable terms and conditions. Handle high-stakes discussions with confidence and finesse to secure optimal outcomes.
In-Depth Market Research: Conduct extensive market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities for partnership development and sales growth. Focus on public sector market dynamics and procurement processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Development to ensure partnership initiatives are aligned with the development of tailored curriculum and content. Work with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Strategic Marketing Support: Partner with the Marketing Manager to develop sophisticated marketing materials and campaigns aimed at promoting DeVry programs and packages to prospective partners and clients. Leverage insights from market research to inform marketing strategies.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales performance and partnership effectiveness. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Prepare and present detailed reports to senior leadership.
Public Sector Expertise: Utilize expertise in public sector partnerships to navigate the complexities of government procurement and funding processes. Advocate for our training programs within public sector forums and networks.

This role will not be engaged in (i) recruitment activities, including targeted information dissemination to individuals, solicitations to individuals, contacting potential enrollment applicants, and aiding students in filling out enrollment application information and/or (ii) services related to securing financial aid, including completing financial aid applications on behalf of prospective students (including activities which are authorized by the Department of Education such as the FAA access tool, which can be used to enter, correct, verify, or analyze financial aid application data). 


Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
•    Extensive experience (5+ years) in sales, business development, or partnership management, with a portion of that experience focused on the public sector.
•    Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
•    Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
•    Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead cross-functional initiatives.
